Apply for a building permit

You can apply for a building permit from Moreland City Council if your building project is within the City of Moreland.  Due to a shortage of qualified building inspectors there are likely to be significant delays in obtaining building permits from Moreland City Council.  While Moreland City Council will still accept building permit applications, if you require a building permit without delay you should apply for a building permit from a private registered building surveyor.

See steps in your building project and when you need a building permit for general information about building and the building permit process.
