Accessing Planning and Related Matters meetings
The next Planning and Related Matters meeting will be held at 6:30pm on Wednesday 25 May 2022 at the Moreland Civic Centre. It will be livestreamed for the community and interested parties.
You must register to speak to a planning matter by 5pm on Monday 23 May 2022 by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Current public health requirements allow community members to attend the meeting in person, subject to a limit of 20 people and confirmation of attendance by Council officers.
To attend in-person to view the meeting:
- You must be registered and have received confirmation of attendance. You can register to attend in-person by emailing Governance.
Priority will be given to people who wish to address the meeting as an objector or permit applicant.
Once the 20-person limit has been reached, submissions can be made via video link.

An interpreter can be made available at a Planning and Related Matters meeting. However, a week's notice is required if this is needed.
