Customer Service Centres

Victoria will enter a state-wide lockdown for seven days from 8:00pm, Thursday 5 August. Our Customer Service Centres will remain closed during this time.

At a Customer Service Centre you can ask about our services or make any Council payment including rates, permit fees, dog and cat registration and parking fines.

We take cash, cheque, credit card and EFTPOS. You can also pay in cash by taking your bill to any Australia Post.

Visitors are asked to sanitise their hands on arrival, maintain social distancing and wear masks if you cannot physically distance by 1.5 metres.

Moreland Civic Centre - Closed

Moreland Civic Centre is located at 90 Bell Street Coburg.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. Closed public holidays.

  • A limited amount of time-restricted off-street parking is available at Moreland Civic Centre at the rear of the building (accessed via Urquhart Street).

    Time-restricted parking is also available in Urquhart Street, Elm Grove and Bell Street.

  • By Bus

    The bus stop is on Bell Street. It is a 2 minute walk from Moreland Civic Centre towards Sydney Road.

    It takes bus routes:

    • 513 Glenroy to Eltham
    • 525 Coburg to West Reservoir via Newlands Road
    • 526 Coburg to West Preston via Murray Road, and
    • 527 Gowrie Railway Station to Northland Shopping Centre via Murray Road.

    By Train

    Coburg Station is on Bell Street. It is a 10 minute walk from Moreland Civic Centre crossing Sydney Road. It is on the Upfield train line.

    By Tram

    Tram stop number 34 is at the Bell Street and Sydney Road intersection. Route 19 goes to Coburg North and the City.

    By Bike

    The Upfield bike path is five minutes ride. Exit at Coburg Station. Bicycle parking is at the front and rear entrances.

Brunswick Customer Service Centre - Closed

Brunswick Customer Service Centre is at 233 Sydney Road, Brunswick.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. Closed public holidays.

  • A limited amount of time-restricted parking is available in Sydney Road, Dawson Street and Glenlyon Road.

  • By bus

    There are bus stops on nearby side streets off Sydney Road.

    Take bus routes:

    • 504 Moonee Ponds to Clifton Hill via Brunswick Road
    • 506 Moonee Ponds to Westgarth via Dawson Street
    • 508 Ponds to Alphington Station via Victoria and Blyth Streets, and
    • 509 West Brunswick to Sydney Road via Hope Street.

    By train

    Jewell and Brunswick Stations are a 10-minute walk. They are on the Upfield train line.

    By tram

    Tram stop number 21 is at the Dawson Street/Glenlyon Road and Sydney Road intersection. Route 19 goes to North Coburg and the City.

    By bike

    The Upfield bike path is a 5-minute ride. Exit at Dawson Street. Bicycle parking is at the front and side entrances.

Glenroy Customer Service Centre  - Closed

Glenroy Customer Service Centre is at 796N Pascoe Vale Road, Glenroy.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. Closed public holidays.

  • A limited amount of time-restricted parking is available in Pascoe Vale Road, Wheatsheaf Road and Post Office Place. Off-street parking is accessible from Belair Avenue and Lytton Street as well as Dowd Place.

  • By bus

    There is a bus stop on Pascoe Vale Road.

    Take bus routes:

    • 513 Glenroy to Eltham
    • 534 Merlynston to Glenroy via Hartington Street and Melbourne Avenue
    • 536 Gowrie to Glenroy via Hartington Street and Melbourne Avenue, and
    • 542 Roxburgh Park to Oak Park Via Lytton Street and Belair Avenue.

    By train

    Glenroy Station is a 5-minute walk. It is on the Broadmeadows train line.

    By bike

    Bicycle parking is available on Pascoe Vale Road and throughout Glenroy Shopping Centre.

  • You can drop off your household ‘hard to recycle’ items into our yellow recycling stations at all Customer Service Centres.

    Items accepted include mobile phones, digital cameras, DVDs/CDs, household batteries, pens & highlighters, fluorescent tubes & compact globes and eyeglasses.
