Community Meditation

A great way to relax

Meditation is for all abilities. It's a great way to feel peaceful and energised and can relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety. Shane from Oak Park Sports and Aquatic Centre will guide you through a 45-minute meditation. Sit on a chair or bring a mat, blanket and pillow. 

Sessions begin at 7.30 pm
