Click and Collect
While Moreland City Libraries is closed to the public due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are pleased to provide a click-and-collect service for you to collect reserved items.
This service is available at the Brunswick Library, Coburg Library and Glenroy Library.
You will be able to collect your reserved items between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
How click and collect works
Place a reservation on items via the library catalogue
Wait for notification that items are ready to be collected
Contact us by phone (9353 4000) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to organise a collection time
Present your library card or ID at the library collection point
To ensure your health and safety, a library staff member will take care of the check-out process and place your items within reach. Items will be issued for three weeks and can be returned through the external library chutes at any time.
Collection points for click and collect
Collection points for each library are:
- Brunswick Library - Saxon Street entrance
- Glenroy Library - Car park entrance

Can't make it to the library?
You may be eligible for our Books to Your Door service. Click here for more information and to register.
Returns chutes are open at Brunswick Library, Coburg Library and Glenroy Library. If you are finished with any borrowed items, please return them if it is safe for you to do so.
All members (especially those residing further than 25km from our libraries) are welcome to keep their items a little longer. Any items that are overdue will not accrue additional charges during the closure and we have extended the due dates on all items to Monday 30 November.
If you have items on hold that you no longer need, please let us know so we can allocate them to the next member waiting.
