Venue booking forms

How to hire a venue

  1. Take a look at the details for each venue to decide which is right for your event. You can browse through each of the venues on the other Halls and meeting rooms pages.
  2. Go to our online services website to check venue availability or make a tentative booking request. (Booking requests for town halls must be made at least 4 weeks before your event).
  3. Find your preferred venue from the lists below and follow the relevant instructions.

You will need to check venue availability before using these forms. 

Town halls

After you make a tentative booking request, you will need to fill in one of the following forms:

  1. Email your completed booking form to townhalls@moreland.vic.gov.au. If you don't email us a completed booking form within 14 days we will cancel your tentative booking request.
  2. Once we receive your completed booking form, allow 5 working days for us to process it.
  3. If your booking is successful we will send you a confirmation letter.
  4. You must pay all the fees before your event.

Halls

After you make a tentative booking request, you will need to fill in the Community Venues Hire Agreement booking form (DOC 246Kb) if you are booking one of the following venues:

  • Clarrie Wohlers Senior Citizen Centre
  • Coburg Court House
  • Coburg Senior Citizen Centre
  • Fawkner Senior Citizen Centre
  • Fleming Park Hall
  • Glenroy Public Hall
  • Glenroy Senior Citizen Centre
  • Gowanbrae Community Centre
  • Harry Atkinson Art Craft Centre
  • Merlynston Progress Hall
  • Newland Senior Citizen Centre
  • Pascoe Vale Neighbourhood Facility
  • Pascoe Vale Senior Citizen Centre
  • Richard Lynch Senior Citizen Centre
  • Temple Park Senior Citizen Centre

Meeting rooms

After you make a tentative booking request, you will need to fill in the Meeting Room booking form (DOC 110Kb) if you are booking one of the following venues:

  • Coburg Library Meeting Room
  • Coburg North Village Meeting Room
  • Fawkner Meeting Room
  • Campbell Turnbull Library Meeting Room
  • Brunswick Meeting Room E
  • Coburg Concert Hall
