Please join us for a fantastic program that showcases many of Moreland’s places and spaces hosted by the Social Connection team and presented by Council’s knowledgeable and passionate Open Space team.
Starting 14 December we will meet at a different location each week to learn more about our local community, take a leisurely walk and enjoy a nutritious snack. You can see a list of the upcoming locations for these sessions below.
This program has been created especially for our older Moreland community aged 65 and over, and to attend you will require a referral for Moreland Council Social Support Groups from My Aged Care – call 1800 200 422.
Walks range from 200m to 1.2km with options for shorter distances if required. However, a reasonable level of mobility is needed to participate in these sessions.
Please contact us to find out more and book your place.
