Florence Street, Brunswick - Pop up park

Project background

Over the last few months a pop-up park has been located on Florence Street in Brunswick.

This space was created as a temporary space in which to trial the idea of a park in this location. The park maintains vehicular access by utilising the car park spaces on either side of Florence Street and uses some of the pieces from Council's Parklet Program. This little ‘park’ re-purposes part of the street into a space for community use.

After being installed for over 6 months, its now time to assess community support for the project.
