Belair Avenue Park Development

Located in the Glenroy Activity Centre, Belair Avenue Park is a small pocket park that provides a quiet retreat from busy Pascoe Vale Road. It previously contained a car park, public toilet and has a bus interchange between Lytton Street and Belair Avenue.

Council has now transformed this small pocket park on Belair Avenue Glenroy into an exciting new park.

Construction Completed

Works are completing on Belair Avenue Park and it will be opening. Only the lawn area will be kept fenced for a few months whilst the new lawn is establishing, before being opened.

The public toilet is also now reopened.
