Sumner Street, Brunswick East - Temporary Road Closure

We are proposing to block the passage of vehicles other than bicycles by placing and maintaining temporary barriers or other obstructions on the road for the purpose of a genuine traffic diversion experiment in Sumner Street, Brunswick East, from Noel Street to a point 11 metres further east.

If it's decided to proceed with this trial closure - this will terminate the trial closure of Noel Street at the same time.

All submissions will be considered in accordance with section 223 of the Act.

If you make a written submission under section 223 of the Act is advised that all submissions and personal information in the submission will be handled by Council in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014.

Following the consideration of submissions, Council may decide to adopt, modify or cancel the proposed traffic diversion experiment.
