- Introduce a new Design and Development Overlay (DDO25) to the site that applies new built form requirements including a mandatory maximum height of 6 storeys.
- Modify the extent of the Heritage Overlay to apply to the office building fronting Moreland Road.
- Apply the Environmental Audit Overlay (EAO) to the site to ensure potential contamination issues are addressed.
