122-124 Nicholson Street, Brunswick East Advisory Committee

The Minister for Planning has called in a review of planning permit conditions for Council’s decision to grant a planning permit for a four-storey building consisting of 21 dwellings, a food and drink premises and a reduction of the standard carparking requirement and waiver of the loading bay requirement at 122-124 Nicholson Street, Brunswick East.

The Urban Planning Committee considered the application at its December 2014 meeting. See the Urban Planning Committee minutes and past agendas page to read the meeting minutes.

The Minister has appointed an Advisory Committee to hear the matter. The Advisory Committee hearing is set down for 3 days commencing on 21 July 2015. 

The Advisory Committee has directed that the expert evidence statements be provided on Council’s website.
