International Day of Peace: Dinner & Live Music

A multicultural buffet and live music by the Suso Jazz Trio to celebrate International Day of Peace.

Come celebrate 'International Day of Peace' with a multicultural buffet including flavours from Africa, the Middle East and Asia and live music by the Suso Jazz Trio Hosted by the ARC Centre of Excellence for the History of Emotions at the The University of Melbourne.

The dinner follows the first of a two day conference - 'Peace, Empathy and Conciliation through Music: A Collaboratory'.

The collaboratory brings together researchers, practitioners (musicians including performers, community musicians, music educators, music therapists; community development workers; social service workers; arts organisation delegates), and arts and community policy makers to share ideas about the ways that music is used to develop peace, empathy and conciliation.

Please note this venue is not wheelchair accessible.
