Delivered meals

About Council's delivered meals service

Council’s delivered meals service delivers healthy three-course meals to residents in their home.

Council delivers hot meals Monday to Friday between 10.30 am and 1.30 pm. Extra meals (frozen or chilled) may be ordered for weekends.

The tasty meals are prepared by a chef each day, and include a soup, a main course and a dessert, plus a fruit juice.

The menu changes with each season and offers five daily choices and options for special diets such as diabetic, low fat and texture modified. Most dishes are either gluten-free or can be adapted on request.

This service is for people who are finding it difficult to shop or cook for themslves.
