Melbourne is expecting very bad weather over the next 48 hours. 

A severe weather warning has been issued by the Bureau of Meteorology for heavy rain and thunderstorms across Victoria from late Thursday through to Saturday. A flood watch was also issued for a significant number of catchments.

To report an urgent issue with a street or park tree, such as a fallen or hanging branch which is dangerous, or a blocked street drain, please ring Council on 9240 1111 (24 hours).

If you are reporting a dangerous tree on private property, please contact the State Emergency Service on 132 500.

For other issues caused by flood or storm, contact the Victoria State Emergency Service (SES) on 132 500.
